OUR COFFEE
Three Grades. Four Regions. One Standard.
Kenya's grading system is among the most rigorous in the world. Every lot we export is classified by the Nairobi Coffee Exchange. Not as a marketing exercise, but as a genuine guarantee of what is in the bag.

THE REGIONS
From the Slopes of Mount Kenya.
Kenya's finest Arabica grows across the Central Highlands, where altitude, volcanic soil, and two annual rainy seasons create conditions found nowhere else on earth.
1,700 TO 2,000M
Nyeri
Widely considered the origin of Kenya's most celebrated and complex lots. The altitude and volcanic soil here produce a cup of exceptional brightness. Blackcurrant, red berries, citrus, with the kind of clarity that makes Nyeri a flagship offering for specialty roasters globally. Home to the Gakuyu-ini and Gatomboya cooperatives.

Kirinyaga
Situated on the eastern slopes of Mount Kenya, Kirinyaga delivers floral aromatics and a vibrant full body that sets it apart from its Central Highlands neighbours. Two harvesting seasons, Fly Crop and Main Crop, mean we can offer fresh lots across more of the calendar year than single-harvest origins.

1,400 TO 1,800M
Murang'a
Rich and smooth, with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and stone fruit. The fertile volcanic soil of the southern Mount Kenya slopes produces a rounder, more accessible cup profile. A strong choice for roasters building approachable single-origin offerings.

1,500 TO 2,000M
Kiambu
Pineapple, passionfruit, lively acidity. Kiambu benefits from the same microclimate as Nyeri and produces coffees prized for their crisp tropical brightness. A distinct cup profile that rewards roasters looking for something lighter and fruit-forward.
